Judah Prero Mentioned in Bloomberg Law on EPA Chemical Exposure Strategy

Environmental counsel Judah Prero was quoted in a recent Bloomberg Law article, “Look at Total Chemical Exposure of Industry Neighbors, EPA Told.” The article discusses the recommendations of the Environmental Protection Science Advisory Committee on Chemicals to protect communities from manufacturers releasing pollutants nearby. Prero told Bloomberg Law that implementing the new recommendations could delay other significant rules the EPA is required to issue under the 2016 Toxic Substances Control Act.
