Norberg Quoted in Law360 on 2022 SEC Award Year

Jane Norberg, Securities Enforcement Litigation Partner and former Chief of the Office of the Whistleblower at the SEC, was quoted in a Law360 article “SEC Tipster Awards Slow After Record Year.” The article discusses the number of whistleblower awards the SEC has given so far this fiscal year compared to last year. Norberg was quoted saying that it would be hard to replicate the success seen in the 2021 fiscal year, but there is no concern about tips drying up, and she predicted that there would be many more awards before the end of 2022.
