Hussain Quoted in The National Law Journal on False Claims Act Case

White Collar Defense & Investigations partner Murad Hussain was quoted in The National Law Journal’s recent article, “Honeywell Can't Be Forced to Pay $35M in False Claims Case.” The article discusses a recent False Claims Act ruling in a case brought by the US government against a company that supplied material for allegedly faulty body armor that the government purchased.

Hussain said the decision in this case will help manufacturers and suppliers assess whether to settle or fight False Claims Act allegations that concern products where multiple companies are involved in the supply chain.
