Kracov Quoted in The Wall Street Journal on Lawsuit Seeking to Reverse Approval of Abortion-Inducing Drug

Arnold & Porter partner Daniel Kracov, co-chair of the firm's Life Sciences and Healthcare Regulatory practice, was quoted in The Wall Street Journal’s recent article, “Lawsuit Filed to Reverse Approval, Access to Abortion Pill.” The article discusses the recent lawsuit filed in a Texas federal court by numerous doctors and anti-abortion organizations seeking to undo the approval of an abortion-inducing pill by the US Food and Drug Administration and Department of Health and Human Services.

“If they handle it well, FDA should prevail,” Kracov told The Wall Street Journal. The publication also mentioned Arnold & Porter’s involvement with an alliance of other law firms that was formed this summer seeking to defend abortion rights.
