The article discusses EPA's plans to attempt to make its chemical risk evaluation and prioritization processes more efficient, and it highlights various experts' opinions on this effort.

Culleen was cited for suggesting EPA consult with company experts and thought leaders in the regulated community to get their perspectives on this issue to assist EPA in developing a more actionable plan. He further encouraged the agency to work with affected businesses to develop a better and more practical understanding of the real world 'conditions of use' of chemical substances undergoing EPA reviews.
