Tim Frazer Named First Non-U.S. Partner to Head Arnold & Porter's London Office

London, May 29, 2007 -- Arnold & Porter LLP announced today that Tim Frazer, a UK solicitor with more than 25 years of experience in competition and antitrust law, has been named head of the firm's London office, effective 1st June. He is the first non-U.S. partner to hold that position.

Thomas Milch, the firm's Chair, said, "Tim brings a great deal of dedication to the firm and to the London office. He has been very effective as Administrative Partner and head of the UK Competition Practice in London. We are looking forward to having him bring the same dedication, hard work, and effectiveness to the office as a whole."

Mr. Frazer has been with Arnold & Porter since 1999. He succeeds Lee Narrow as the head of the London office. Mr. Milch said, "Lee has been a terrific leader in London and has been dedicated to top-quality work for our clients there."
