Jungermann Interviewed in Financial Times Deutschland

Dr. Sebastian Jungermann was interviewed by the prime financial newspaper in Germany, Financial Times Deutschland regarding the new UK Bribery Act, which finally came into force on July 1. In the article titled "The Pursuers from London" (“Die Häscher von London”) published on June 28, 2011, Sebastian spoke about the new offences that will be relevant for thousands of German and other foreign companies that do business in the UK, the strictness of the law and what it means for corporate compliance management systems. In addition, Sebastian pointed out that many issues and questions have yet to be decided by UK courts because of the vague language of the guidance published by the UK Ministry of Justice.
