Ms. Gillice will focus her practice on advising companies on compliance with CPSC requirements, protecting their brands, and defending CPSC enforcement actions. Her practice will also include advising companies on compliance with the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) and defending against DEA enforcement actions.

From 2002 - 2012, Ms. Gillice served at the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), where she was the lead attorney on numerous high-profile investigations, recalls, and civil penalty matters involving retailers, importers, and manufacturers.
