Working Mother Again Names Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer to 'Best Law Firms for Women'

Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer was named as one of the 2017 "Best Law Firms for Women" by Working Mother magazine. The annual list recognizes 50 law firms that use best practices in retaining and promoting women lawyers, as well as supporting work/life balance environments.

In recognizing Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer, Working Mother noted: "Combining career and family can be done seamlessly at this firm." The firm was also recognized for providing 18 fully paid weeks parental leave, on-site childcare, reduced-hour arrangements, and more. Working Mother also highlighted the firm's coaching, mentoring, and leadership programs, which "help women flourish."

About the Methodology

Law firms completed an extensive application in the areas of workforce profile, flexibility, and development and retention of women. Best Law Firms were selected from a pool of self-selected applicant firms with 50 or more lawyers in the US. Statistics reported are aggregated from data provided by the firms collected from the full year of 2016.

Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer will be recognized at the Working Mother Gala Awards Luncheon to be held at The Peninsula Chicago on October 4.
