Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer Represents Ecological Service Partners in $250 Million Equity Raise

Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer advised Ecological Service Partners (ESP), a company that combines environmental services and water related investments, in its recent round of funding resulting in an initial capital commitment of $250 million.

The funding will support ESP's large-scale ecological projects that restore damaged wetlands, streams and habitats for endangered species, and enhance water quality for offsets to nutrient impacts. Investors will work alongside ESP in identifying investment opportunities and execution on deals.

This round of funding positions ESP as one of the largest operators in the ecological service market service market, enabling the restoration of thousands of acres of wetlands and hundreds of miles of impacted streams. ESP will also pursue strategic acquisitions in the US.

Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer partner Stephen Koval, co-head of the firm's Private Equity practice, led the transaction.
