Arnold & Porter's Private Equity Deal for EMK Capital and Bregal Capital Wins Real Deals Awards

Private Equity partner Andrew Harris led the London-based team representing EMK Capital LLP and Bregal Capital LLP in its 2017 sale of the QA Group to CVC Capital Partners. Real Deals, the independent voice of European private equity, awarded EMK Capital and Bregal Capital for the transaction in two separate categories:

• Grand Prix Deal of the Year: EMK Capital and Bregal Capital for QA; and
• UK Mid-Cap Deal of the Year: EMK Capital and Bregal Capital for QA.

Andrew Harris has worked with EMK Capital and Bregal Capital since Bregal Capital’s establishment in 2002.
