Arnold & Porter Hosts Life Sciences Transactions Program for In-House Counsel and Business Development Personnel

Arnold & Porter hosted a day-long interactive program on life science transactions on October 4, 2018 in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The program equipped company counsel and business development personnel with tools to manage critical issues that arise in M&A, partnering, and licensing transactions. The event examined a hypothetical life sciences transaction and examined potential complexities, including issues arising during negotiations, diligence, agreement drafting, and post-deal integration.
