Global Investigations Review Names Barker as a Top 25 DC Sanctions Lawyer

Arnold & Porter partner John Barker
was recently named to Global Investigations Review's list of the top 25 sanctions lawyers in Washington, DC. The list, which is compiled after several months of research, is a collection of 25 lawyers in Washington, DC who have been selected by their peers as the best in the city.
Barker, a former Deputy Assistant Secretary for Export Controls at the State Department, focuses his practice on sanctions (OFAC), export controls (Export Administration Regulations and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations), and foreign investment reviews under CFIUS.
