BTI's 2020 Client Service A-Team Report Names Arnold & Porter to Client Service 30

BTI Consulting Group (BTI) has named Arnold & Porter as a top firm in its 2020 Client Service A-Team Report, a data-driven ranking that spotlights "the best of the best in client service delivery excellence" based on feedback from leading legal decision makers. The firm was named to the BTI Client Service 30, which is considered an "elite membership" of firms that perform "9 to 15 times better than the typical law firm" at "delivering the highest level of client service."

BTI compiles its rankings based on direct feedback from corporate counsel across more than 15 industries. In addition to its annual methodology of considering the way law firms communicate with their clients and innovate legal solutions, the 2020 Client Service A-Team Report newly measures law firms based on their capabilities to handle high-risk, complex issues that clients face.
