Arnold & Porter Again Named to Working Mother's '100 Best Companies' List

Arnold & Porter was again named one of the "100 Best Companies" to work for by Working Mother magazine. Arnold & Porter has been named to the list 21 times and was inducted into Working Mother magazine's "100 Best Companies Hall of Fame" in 2015. Based on the results of the "100 Best Companies" survey, Arnold & Porter was also named to the 2020 Working Mother "Best Companies for Dads" list.

Working Mother magazine compiles its annual "100 Best Companies" list by surveying companies about their leave policies, workforce representation, benefits, childcare, advancement programs, and flexibility policies. This year, Arnold & Porter was noted for its parental leave and flexibility programs. Parents on leave at the firm can access professional development and continuing legal education resources that ultimately ease their transition back to work.

The "Best Companies for Dads" list refers to companies offering substantial paid gender-neutral or paternity leave, "plus other benefits that help dads be their best at home and work." Arnold & Porter's workforce profile, flexibility, paid time off and parental leave policies also earned the firm's spot on the Working Mother "Best Law Firms for Women" list for the seventh time.

Arnold & Porter will be recognized at the Working Mother virtual WorkBeyond Summit and Dads Matter Symposium in October 2020 for its placement on the lists. The firm will also be recognized in the October/November issue of Working Mother magazine.
