BTI Again Names Arnold & Porter Among the 'Best of the Best in Client Service Delivery'

BTI Consulting Group (BTI) has again named Arnold & Porter as a top firm in its 2021 Client Service A-Team Report, a data-driven ranking that spotlights "the best of the best in client service delivery excellence" based on feedback from leading legal decision makers. For the second consecutive year, the firm was named as one of the top 5 firms in BTI's Client Service 30, the "gold standard in measuring client service performance" that includes firms that perform an average of 12 times better than a typical law firm in areas such as client focus, anticipating client needs, understanding the client's business, and providing value.

The 2021 Client Service A-Team Report uniquely analyzed the state of the legal market during the pandemic, at which point clients "changed their expectations each day" and relied on "mission-critical client service activities" by ranked firms. This year, more clients reported receiving excellent client service than ever before.

BTI compiles its rankings based on direct feedback from corporate counsel across more than 15 industries. In addition to its annual methodology of considering the way law firms communicate with their clients and innovate legal solutions, the 2021 Client Service A-Team Report newly measures law firms based on their ability to quickly mobilize resources and assess fast-changing situations faced by clients.
