Working Mother Again Names Arnold & Porter to Its 'Best Law Firms for Women' List

Once again, Arnold & Porter was named as one of the "Best Law Firms for Women" by Working Mother magazine. The 2021 list recognizes 50 law firms that use best practices to recruit, retain, promote, and develop women lawyers. This marks the eighth time Arnold & Porter has been named to the annual list. In keeping with the firm’s reputation as a leader in workplace benefits and work environment, Arnold & Porter has also been named to Working Mother’s annual “100 Best Companies” list 21 times and was inducted into the magazine's “100 Best Companies Hall of Fame” in 2015.

Arnold & Porter received outstanding marks for its representation of women hires, attrition and promotion of women and was commended for its support for women's advancement. Law firms completed Working Mother's extensive application about workforce profiles, flexibility, paid time off and parental leaves, and development and retention of women. Given the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, surveyed firms also discussed the success of working from home for women lawyers. Reported statistics are based on data provided by the firms in 2020.
