Arnold & Porter Again Named to Dave Thomas Foundation's 2021 'Top 100 Adoption-Friendly Workplaces' List

Arnold & Porter was named to the 15th annual Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption's "100 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces" list. The list celebrates companies offering the best leave and adoption benefits in the United States.

The firm was recognized on the "Best Leave" and "Foster Care Benefits" lists, as well as being included on the Foundation’s "100 Best" list.

The Dave Thomas Foundation surveys companies across the US and scores participants based on three criteria: financial reimbursement, paid leave, and the percentage of employees eligible for those benefits. The Foundation also ranks employers by size, industry, paid leave, foster care benefits and impact. The impact list recognizes organizations who employ more than 1,000 people and that provide the largest overall financial benefits for adoption to the largest number of employees.
