O'Neill, Pierson, and Louer Named to The Hill's 'Top Lobbyists 2021' List

Arnold & Porter's Kevin O'Neill, Eugenia Pierson, and Greg Louer were named to The Hill's "Top Lobbyists 2021" list. The annual list compiles the lobbyists "who wielded their connections and knowledge most effectively for their clients." While there are more than 11,000 registered lobbyists in Washington, DC, The Hill only recognizes approximately 200 lobbyists who work for law firms and lobby shops.

Kevin O'Neill, chair of the firm's Legislative & Public Policy practice, was named to the list for the ninth year; senior health policy advisor Eugenia Pierson, who leads the group's work in healthcare and life sciences, was named to the list for the seventh year. Managing director Greg Louer, who works largely on technology, environmental, energy, and trade issues, was recognized for a third time.

Earlier this year, O'Neill and associate Marne Marotta were both recognized by the National Institute for Lobbying and Ethics 2021 "Top Lobbyists" list for outstanding legislative work. The National Institute for Lobbying and Ethics is the trade association for the lobbying and government affairs profession.
