Liz Lindquist Joins Arnold & Porter’s Life Sciences and Healthcare Regulatory Practice in Denver

DENVER, June 21, 2022—Arnold & Porter announced today that Liz Lindquist has joined the firm’s Life Sciences and Healthcare Regulatory practice as a partner, resident in Denver.

Dan Kracov, co-chair of Arnold & Porter’s Life Sciences and Healthcare Regulatory practice, said: “Liz is highly regarded in the field and has extensive experience advising biopharmaceutical manufacturers on a wide range of pricing, procurement, and compliance matters. Ms. Lindquist counsels drug, biologic, and medical product manufacturers, distributors, and investors, among other life sciences industry stakeholders, on a broad range of regulatory, compliance, transactional, investigation, litigation, and legislative issues involving federal and state government healthcare agencies and enforcement authorities. Her practice focuses on advising clients on complex drug price calculations and related reporting and contracting matters.

Ms. Lindquist earned her JD from St. Louis University School of Law, where she received a Dean’s Scholarship, served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Saint Louis University Journal of Health Law & Policy and was a member of the Alpha Sigma Nu Jesuit honor society. She received her BA from Williams College, with honors.

Ms. Lindquist’s arrival follows the recent addition of Suneeta Hazra, Jessica Kaiser, Michele Rowland, Pantea Garroussi, and Sara Glover in Denver.
