Arnold & Porter Named to Seramount’s 2023 '100 Best Companies' List
Arnold & Porter was once again named one of the "100 Best Companies" to work for by Seramount. The “100 Best Companies” for working parents list recognizes those companies that “set the standard by providing inclusive benefits for families, including paid gender-neutral parental leave, subsidized childcare, bereavement leave after miscarriage, reimbursement for fertility expenses, and increased mental health benefits for employees.”
Seramount compiles the annual list by surveying companies about their leave policies, workforce representation, benefits, childcare, advancement programs, and flexibility policies. This is the 23rd time that Arnold & Porter has been named to this list, which was formerly published under Working Mother magazine.
Earlier this year, Arnold & Porter was named as one of the “Best Law Firms for Women & Diversity” by Seramount. The 2023 recognizes the top 50 law firms that use best practices to recruit, retain, promote, and develop women lawyers, as well as lawyers from underrepresented groups, including people of color. Seramount is a strategic professional services and research firm dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
