Arnold & Porter Named to Dave Thomas Foundation’s 2025 ‘100 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces’ List

Arnold & Porter was named to the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption's “100 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces” list. The firm has been recognized for its adoption benefits by the Dave Thomas Foundation 11 times since 2015. The list celebrates organizations who offer the most robust leave and adoption benefits in the United States.

The firm was again recognized in the “Consulting, Accounting, Legal, and Business Services” category on the “Best by Industry” list. The “Best by Industry” list highlights organizations that “offer the best overall adoption benefits” categorized by industry. The firm was also included in the “Best by Size,” “Best Leave,” and “Foster Care Benefits” lists. The Dave Thomas Foundation surveys companies across the U.S. and scores participants based on three criteria: financial reimbursement, paid leave, and the percentage of employees eligible for those benefits. The Foundation also ranks employers by size, industry, paid leave, foster care benefits, and impact.
