The American Lawyer Industry Awards Name Arnold & Porter a Finalist for Best Professional Development Initiative

Arnold & Porter has been named a finalist in the Best Professional Development Initiative category of The American Lawyer Industry Awards 2025 for its new platform, Arnold & Porter University. This award honors organizations that have “defined and executed on an initiative or overall mission that supports, enhances, and systematizes the professional development of its members.”

Launched in January 2025, Arnold & Porter University is a centralized, web-based, and mobile-accessible platform that streamlines the firm’s professional development resources and tools. Developed by the Professional Development team and built through extensive collaboration with partners, counsel, the Associates Committee, and professional teams across the firm, the platform was designed with user experience at its core – equipping associates with clarity, transparency, and ownership over their growth so they can best serve Arnold & Porter’s clients with excellence and efficiency.

The winners will be announced at The American Lawyer Industry Awards ceremony in New York on November 13, 2025.
