Bree Raum Joins Arnold & Porter as a Senior Policy Advisor in Washington, D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C., October 1, 2025 — Arnold & Porter announced today that Bree Raum has joined the firm’s Legislative & Public Policy practice as a Senior Policy Advisor, resident in Washington, D.C.

Eugenia Pierson, chair of Arnold & Porter’s Legislative & Public Policy practice, said: “Bree brings unmatched insight into federal affairs and energy policy at a time when these issues are shaping decisions in Washington and nationwide. Her experience will be invaluable in helping guide our clients through this ever-changing environment.”

Bree has over 25 years of experience working with the U.S. Congress and federal agencies on energy, environment, and climate policy, most recently serving as an Executive Director of Government Affairs for the Americas and of U.S. Federal Relations at a leading energy company. Her background includes managing national grassroots lobbying efforts, leading political giving programs, and advising on high-stakes legislative and regulatory affairs. Bree has a deep understanding of a wide range of U.S. policy matters, including environmental, energy, and transportation appropriations and tax issues, energy efficiency standards, and renewable and traditional energy policies.

Bree earned an M.S. in Energy Policy and Climate and an M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins University, and a B.A. from Salisbury University. She is also a graduate of the University of Virginia’s Sorensen Institute’s Political Leaders Program.
