Willys Schneider Authors Article in February 2008 Issue of Hedge Funds Review

Willys Schneider, Partner in Kaye Scholer's Tax Department, authored the article "Taxing Times for Private Equity and Hedge Funds" which appeared in the February 2008 issue of Hedge Funds Review. In the article, Ms. Schneider examines the possible effects of present and intended U.S. tax legislation on private equity and hedge funds, and on fund sponsors and investors.
