Deutscher AnwaltSpiegel Publishes Marcus’ Article on Germany’s Minimum Wage
The German online legal publication Deutscher AnwaltSpiegel published Frankfurt-based Employment & Labor associate Nina Marcus’ article about the German Federal Employment Court’s May 25, 2016 decision regarding Christmas pay and vacation. In her article, published June 15, 2016, Nina comments on the court’s decision to assess whether the apportionment of vacation and/or a Christmas bonus would undermine the idea of a minimum wage.
