As he has done for previous editions, Frankfurt-based Litigation partner Michael Weigel authored a section of the newly issued fourth edition of "Code of civil procedure," a commented process form book that cover topics including family procedures and the act on Enforced Auction and Receivership (Saenger/Ullrich/Siebert "Zivilprozessordnung").
Michael Weigel is co-author and writes about the entire appeal procedure §§511 to 541 ZPO.
The form book is an ideal addition to a commentary of the code of civil procedure. The content is regularly updated by the authors and contains all the latest legislative changes.
