CAS Compliance Investigator

Dr. Hans-Joachim Fritz held a workshop, as part of an advanced "CAS Compliance Investigator" certificate program, which focused on European standards for internal investigations and employee interrogations. With an emphasis on white collar and privacy laws, as well as employment law and corporate governance, this workshop used an exemplary case study to provide the fundamental techniques for interviewing employees in the context of internal company investigations, among other things.
