Antitrust

The Telecommunications, Internet & Media team includes experienced antitrust practitioners and works closely with the antitrust practice group to assist clients in addressing the antitrust issues associated with mergers and acquisitions, government investigations, and other litigation and to provide antitrust counseling services. We offer deep knowledge of global communications industries and a comprehensive understanding of our clients' technologies and business models. As a result, we can focus on a client's specific antitrust challenges from the start. We have guided communications companies involved in some of the largest acquisitions in history through merger reviews and approvals by both competition and regulatory authorities.

With extensive backgrounds in both US, EU, and other competition law—as well as offices in Brussels and London and a network of local counsel across the globe—we are well equipped to take on projects that require coordinated work in multiple countries. We help clients rapidly secure merger approvals from numerous governments, advise clients on the antitrust implications of joint ventures and other transactions, and represent telecommunications, media, and Internet clients in cross-border governmental investigations.
