Our attorneys advised Host Hotels & Resorts, the largest lodging real estate investment trust, on its $1 billion acquisition of three hotels from Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
Represented NFL team in the acquisition of a stadium site, practice facility site and other property in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Represented hospitality REIT in its US$63 million sale of the Orlando Airport Marriott Lakeside.
Represented client in its purchase of 15 East 26th Street in New York, NY for US$105 million.
Represented the world’s third-largest wine producer in the sale and leaseback of 2,900 acre vineyard property in Madera County, CA and in the acquisition of over 4,000 acres of vineyard and agricultural property throughout California.
