Represented major bank lender in a $100 million financing of Netflix, Inc.’s worldwide headquarters, the world’s largest online subscription video service, in Los Gatos, California.
Represented global financial institution in connection with the $660 million financing of a Google office park located in northern California.
Represented US affiliate of an Australian bank in connection with the $35 million mortgage loan secured by the Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown Hotel in conjunction with a $21 million mezzanine loan originated by a US real estate debt fund.
Represented client in connection with the modification and extension of a $2.35 billion securitized hotel portfolio mortgage loan and related mezzanine loan modifications.
Represented global investment management company in a $388 million mezzanine loan financing in connection with $1.3 billion mortgage and multiple mezzanine financings to refinance the Cosmopolitan Hotel located in Las Vegas.
