Real Estate Litigation

Our Real Estate Litigation team consists of experienced trial lawyers who represent real estate owners, lenders and developers, and investors, including high-end funds with real estate investments, in avoiding and resolving disputes. Our litigators have handled cases in courts and alternative dispute resolution forums throughout the United States, and before the major international tribunals. We have particular experience in matters involving valuation issues, complex lease structures, development agreements, management and franchise agreements, fraud, fiduciary duties, accounting and cost allocations, as well as joint venture matters.

Represented client as lead trial counsel in litigation involving corporate charge cost allocations that resulted in the successful termination and transition of a luxury resort operated by Ritz-Carlton in Palm Beach, Florida.
