Waks Addresses City Bar on the New Dodd-Frank Act

Jay W. Waks, Partner in the Litigation Department of the New York office and Chair of the Employment & Labor Law practice, was a featured speaker at the program of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, entitled Executive Pay: Kenneth Feinberg & Leading Practitioners Address Lessons From the Past & Best Practices for the Future, on November 9, 2010. Mr. Waks addressed the clawback requirements, whistleblower incentives, protections and remediation, and other executive compensation issues under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010. Mr Waks's remarks also updated the audience on the over 400 pages of newly proposed SEC regulations regarding say-on-pay, golden parachutes, whistleblower bounties and anti-retaliation programs.
