Farhad Jalinous and Karalyn Meany Mildorf Host Webinar for Aerospace Defense Security Group (ADS)

Partner Farhad Jalinous and Associate Karalyn Meany Mildorf presented a webinar, “Acquisition of USA Defense & Security Companies: What You Need to Know,” on November 6, 2013 for the Aerospace Defense Security Group (ADS). ADS is the premier trade organization for companies operating in the aerospace, defense, security and space industries in the United Kingdom. Farhad and Karalyn described the legal and regulatory considerations that must be addressed as part of any acquisition of US companies that contract with the US government, participate in US government programs or engage in businesses that implicate US national security interests.  They also provided guidance and insights to help ensure successful transactions.
