CORPORATE & FINANCE: Our lawyers provide counsel on transactional and governance matters ranging from building asset management firms to large M&A and capital market transactions, as well as private equity and technology transactions.

EMERGING GROWTH & VENTURE CAPITAL: We advise developing and scaling companies from formation to exit and represent private investors, and strategic and venture capital funds making investments across diverse sectors.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: Our expanding team of IP attorneys advises clients on patent, trademark, and trade secret litigation, internal portfolio reviews, and administrative proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and its Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

LITIGATION: Our trial and appellate lawyers oversee all phases of antitrust, commercial, environmental, healthcare, intellectual property, life sciences, and product liability litigation. We take complex cases to trial, represent clients as plaintiffs and defendants in major commercial disputes, and manage multijurisdictional mass tort defense. We counsel businesses, individuals, states, and foreign governments on appeals and trial litigation throughout the U.S., including before the U.S. Supreme Court.

REGULATORY: We advise clients involved in federal and state government investigations and assist with a range of regulatory issues, including industry compliance, environmental and energy matters, federal lands, and Native American concerns.

We are deeply invested in our community and regularly provide lawyers and staff with opportunities to make an impact through pro bono and community service. Our Denver lawyers have recently achieved notable successes in family law, indigent rights, immigration, gun control, mental health care, land use, and veterans’ rights.
