Sally Alghazali represents corporate and government clients in trade remedy proceedings and customs matters before federal departments, agencies, and courts. She counsels clients across a broad range of industries on maintaining access to U.S. and international markets.

In her practice, Sally also focuses on the intersection between business and human rights, where she assists clients in ensuring compliance with U.S. and foreign forced labor laws, including the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act and the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive. She guides foreign producers and suppliers through supply chain tracing and due diligence efforts to support circumvention certifications and related regulatory requirements.

In addition, Sally advises clients on international trade agreement issues, primarily involving the U.S.–Mexico–Canada Agreement, and regularly supports clients on tariff-related matters. Her work spans the litigation, regulatory, economic, and policy dimensions of international trade.

Sally earned her J.D. from George Mason University Law School, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the George Mason International Law Journal. She received a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy, summa cum laude, from Georgia State University. In addition to English, Sally is fluent in Arabic.
