Kyle Angelotti represents clients in a variety of industries in antitrust and competition matters, including government review of mergers and acquisitions, filing obligations under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act and Washington and Colorado pre-merger notification statutes, and civil and criminal government investigations. Kyle also counsels clients in relation to antitrust issues.
Kyle received his J.D. from the Boston University School of Law, where he served as an articles editor of the Boston University Law Review. Prior to law school, Kyle worked as an economic consultant. He received his Bachelors of Arts from the University of Virginia.
