Alexis Archer represents clients in white collar matters, internal and government investigations, and complex litigation, including disputes with cross-border elements. She appears before federal and state courts and engages with U.S. enforcement agencies. Allie also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on wrongful convictions and incarceration.

Before joining the firm, Allie served as a defense contractor and criminal intelligence analyst, where she built the first overseas criminal intelligence unit for the U.S. Marine Corps Criminal Investigation Division in Okinawa, Japan. Her work addressed homeland security, cross-border threats, and complex investigations. She is also a Certified Fraud Examiner with experience in healthcare fraud investigations. 

Allie graduated from Columbia Law School where she served on the Editorial Board for the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. During law school, she interned in the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney's Offices for both the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, as well as for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement. Allie also interned for the Honorable Robert W. Lehrburger, Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of New York.
