Michelle Ban practices intellectual property litigation with a focus on patent litigation.
Michelle earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California. In law school, her coursework focused on intellectual property and technology law, eventually earning her a certificate in Technology and Entrepreneurship Law, as well as a certificate in Media and Entertainment Law.
Prior to law school, Michelle earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) at Northeastern University and worked as a research scientist. Her work has been published in scientific journals, including the Journal of Biological Chemistry and the Biophysical Journal.
