Bryan Borodkin is a member of the firm’s General Litigation practice group. His practice focuses on white collar defense and investigations as well as complex commercial litigation. Bryan also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on civil rights litigation and impact appeals before the United States Supreme Court.
Bryan graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School, where he participated in the Mock Trial team and served as Managing Editor of the University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform. His published scholarship on civil rights litigation has been cited in Supreme Court petitions and federal opinions. During law school, Bryan also served as a student attorney with the University of Michigan Civil-Criminal Litigation Clinic, and interned with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
Before joining the firm, Bryan served as a law clerk in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, where he assisted the court on a wide range of civil and criminal matters, including complex and dispositive motion practice and trial preparation.
