Aaron Bowling focuses his practice on patent and trademark litigation across a range of industries, including medical devices and biotechnology, athletic apparel and footwear, consumer packaged goods, and computer software and hardware. Aaron has litigated cases in federal district court, federal appellate court, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and at the International Trade Commission. Prior to joining Arnold & Porter, Aaron clerked for Judge Jimmie V. Reyna at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. And in 2022, Aaron was named a Federal Circuit Bar Association "Global Fellow," along with 23 other attorneys from around the world.
