Maria Castiglie concentrates her practice on complex commercial real estate transactions. Maria represents institutional lenders, investment funds, and private lenders in connection with the origination and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine loans for the acquisition and refinancing of properties across all asset classes throughout the United States. Ms. Castiglie's practice also includes work on commercial mortgage-backed securitizations and loan portfolio purchase and sale transactions. Additionally, she advises developers and institutional investors in the acquisition, sale, development, and financing of commercial properties.
