Jiwon Chae’s practice focuses on complex litigation and international arbitration. She represents and advises clients across a range of industries, including energy, automotive, construction, real estate, and technology, in high stakes cross-border disputes before U.S. courts and international arbitral tribunals under ICC, SIAC, AAA, and KCAB rules. Her practice also includes representing sovereign states in investment treaty arbitrations and advising clients on pre-dispute matters and international investigations. 

Jiwon graduated first in her class from Handong International Law School and magna cum laude from Yonsei University, where she studied international relations and economics. She is fluent in Korean.
