Sandi Cooke is a Senior Attorney in the firm's Real Estate practice. She has experience with numerous aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects. Her practice focuses on a variety of real estate assets, including industrial, commercial, agricultural, office, and retail properties.
Sandi’s proficiencies include drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, operating agreements, and complex leases. She has extensive experience managing due diligence reviews for multi-million dollar transactions, as well as seeking suitable title remedies for the development of industrial, agricultural, and commercial properties.
Sandi served as a law clerk for the Honorable J. Dean Morgan in Division 2 of the Washington State Court of Appeals.
