Amanda Niesvizky represents clients in federal and state courts, at both the trial and appellate levels. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including mass tort, environmental, and consumer protection matters. She has experience across the spectrum of litigation, including initial case investigation, fact and expert discovery, motion practice, settlement, trial preparation, and appeal. Amanda also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Amanda clerked for the Honorable Theodore A. McKee of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit from 2021 to 2022. She graduated summa cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law, where she was an Executive Editor of the Syracuse Law Review. She earned her undergraduate degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
