Stephen P. Driscoll represents clients in antitrust matters, including merger review, government investigations, litigation, and antitrust counseling.
Stephen received his J.D. from Harvard Law School. During law school, he externed in the Federal Trade Commission’s Mergers I Division. Prior to law school, he worked as a paralegal in the Public Integrity Section of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.
