Kevin Elrod

Kevin joined Arnold & Porter as a Corporate and Finance Staff Attorney in 2022. His primary role consists of performing transactional work for pharmaceutical industry clients. As part of this practice, Kevin reviews, negotiates, and provides counsel regarding research and development and commercial contracts including non-disclosure agreements, clinical trial agreements, material transfer agreements, consulting agreements, and various services agreements.

Before joining Arnold & Porter, Kevin worked as an attorney for a large law firm. There, Kevin served a variety of client needs including the preparation and brokering of R&D and commercial transactions on behalf of pharmaceutical clients and commercial and marketing agreements for a major US retailer.

Kevin also filled in-house legal positions, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts including staffing agreements, contractor and subcontractor agreements, and construction contracts with public and private entities. Kevin additionally performed legal research, including local, state, and nationwide compliance reviews of corporate policies and procedures.

Prior to these positions, Kevin worked at a small Pittsburgh firm as a commercial litigator.
