Senior Policy Specialist*

Leigh Ann Fairley is a dedicated advocate and strategist who joined Arnold & Porter's Legislative & Public Policy group to support the healthcare team. She works closely with pharmaceutical manufacturers and other healthcare clients on a range of federal policy issues. Prior to joining the firm, Leigh Ann served as a membership director at the National Association of Manufacturers, where she supported a portfolio of small-to-medium manufacturers. In this role, she advised executives on key policy issues and served on the NAM's Infrastructure and Healthcare Committee. She additionally has experience in crisis management and media monitoring for a public affairs firm and served as a district intern for Senator Rob Portman (R-OH).

Leigh Ann received a Masters in Political Management from George Washington University. She additionally holds a B.A. in Government and Spanish from Georgetown University, where she conducted research on the role of women in the Catalan movement for independence.
