Jordan Funke is an attorney in Arnold & Porter's eDiscovery + Data Analytics litigation group. Since 2015, she has worked on a broad range of eDiscovery matters, including a major telecommunications antitrust matter, numerous other antitrust matters, government investigations, national pharmaceutical litigation, as well as breach of contract and complex financial matters. Ms. Funke has significant experience with e-data tools and their use in all stages of discovery.

Ms. Funke also has experience in legal aid matters involving landlord-tenant disputes, veterans affairs, and benefits claims. She also has taken on pro bono matters concerning voting rights and healthcare access.

Ms. Funke is a graduate of Elon University School of Law where she was an active participant in the Innocence Project. She worked with the Greensboro Legal Aid to assist indigent clients in their matters. She is a member of the Order of the Coif, having been the chair of the moot court board while in attendance.
