Patrick A. Furbush represents clients in a variety of industries in antitrust and competition matters, including government review of mergers and acquisitions, filing obligations under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, and civil and criminal government investigations.
Patrick received his J.D. from The George Washington University School of Law, where he was a member of The Law Review and The Order of the Coif. During law school, Patrick interned for the Department of Justice Antitrust Division, a federal district judge, and Senator Amy Klobuchar.
